Who are we
Vitaasceticism is a community organization centered on the belief that life should be lived with purpose, curiosity, and a willingness to make things better where we can.
We bring people together through events, fundraisers, service projects, challenges, and shared experiences. Some are serious, some are strange, some are just fun—but each one is meant to create something positive, whether that means helping someone directly, raising money for a good cause, improving a neighborhood, or simply giving people a reason to come together.
Our philosophy is simple: we, as a human race, are given the dignity of choice. So we must choose to broaden our horizons, help as many people as we can, and create something that has never been done before.
We want to leave behind stronger communities, memorable experiences, and more good than we started with.
Current Projects
10 Miles or 10 Lbs
We’re heading out with one simple goal: walk 10 miles or collect 10 pounds of trash, whichever comes first.
Along the way, we’ll be cleaning up the area, documenting the experience, and seeing how much of a difference a small group can make in one day.

Rules:
The challenge is simple: keep going until we either walk 10 miles or collect 10 pounds of trash — whichever happens first.

All collected trash must be picked up during the event.

Trash is weighed as the event progresses.

Any single item weighing 5 pounds or more will still be collected, but will not count toward the 10-pound total.

The event ends as soon as either 10 miles walked or 10 pounds of qualifying trash is reached.

Unsafe or hazardous items should not be handled.

Final mileage and trash weight will be recorded at the end of the event.
